EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Between Semicolon Marketing LTD and Hamed Mostafaei
Date: September 5, 2022

1. Parties

This Employment Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between:

Employer: Semicolon Marketing LTD, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Canada,
Business Number: 747336022,
Registered Office: 701 W Georgia St, Suite 1500, Vancouver, BC V7Y 1C6, Canada
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Employer”)

and

Employee: Hamed Mostafaei
(hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”)

2. Position and Duties

The Company employs the Employee on a full-time basis as Senior Back-End Developer and Senior Paid Ads Manager & Strategist.

The Employee is also a shareholder of the Company and actively participates in strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading back-end development projects
• Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies
• Collaborating with the Co-Founder & Director and other department managers on company growth

3. Term

This is an indefinite full-time employment contract commencing on September 5, 2022.

4. Compensation

The Employee shall receive a monthly gross salary of CAD 6500 (subject to applicable statutory deductions), payable on the 1st of each month.

5. Remote Work

The Employee is authorized to perform all duties remotely from any location with reliable high-speed internet access.

6. Shareholder Status

The Employee is a registered shareholder of Semicolon Marketing LTD and actively contributes to the strategic direction of the Company.

7. Compliance

The Employee confirms full compliance with immigration and visa regulations in every country visited and confirms having no prior visa violations.

8. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
